Le football nigérian est en deuil. Ancienne internationale nigériane, Ajuma Ameh-Otache est décédée brutalement samedi à l’âge de 33 ans. La milieu de terrain avait disputé les Jeux Olympiques 2004 et la CAN 2004 avec les Super Falcons avant d’entamer une prometteuse carrière d’entraîneur au Goodland Rangers, un club masculin de 3e division basé à Lagos.
La Fédération nigériane (NFF) a rendu hommage à la disparue tandis que son club a salué “une entraîneur très prometteuse qui s’était fait un nom dans une profession dominée par les hommes“. La Nigériane laisse derrière elle un mari et trois enfants.
