Former Italy international Christian Vieri has hailed Ademola Lookman as Serie A’s most exciting player, praising the Super Eagles forward for his fearless attacking style.
Lookman had a fine 2023/24 season, and has been in similarly fine form this term, with 24 goals and six assists in 31 games already to his name already, eclipsing his previous best ever total.
With impressive performances for La Dea, the 27-year-old has earned recognition on the global stage, including a notable Ballon d'Or ranking.
Vieri, who knows a thing or two about excellence on the football field, believes Lookman’s ability to take on defenders, dribble past opponents, and score with both feet sets him apart from everyone else in the league.

In a recent interview with Gazzetta, as shared by One Football, Vieri showered praise on Ademola Lookman, highlighting his unique style of play in Serie A.
“You watch him and think, ‘Oh, let’s see what he does now.’ There’s no one like him in Serie A: every time he gets the ball, he goes one-on-one, always.
“He’s fast and strong; he takes players on, dribbles, and shoots. Left foot or right foot, it doesn’t matter,” he said.
Lookman has recently been linked with a move to several top European clubs, including Premier League sides Manchester City, Arsenal, and Newcastle United, as well as Serie A giants Juventus and French champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
