The tall striker has been pivotal in Genk’s attack, scoring eight goals in 12 matches and providing one assist, totalling 13 goal contributions.

There have also been calls from some quarters for Arokodare to be invited to the Super Eagles due to his goal-scoring prowess.
The Goal That Earned Tolu Arokodare the GOTM Award
The game against KAA Gent is one Arokodare will remember for a long time, as he helped secure a 2-0 away win for his team. It was his brilliant goal that won him the October award.
After missing a few chances earlier in the match, Arokodare opened the scoring with a deft finish.

Following a Genk defensive effort to thwart a Gent counter-attack, Christopher Bonsu-Baah sped down the left flank and delivered a superb cross, which Arokodare met with a half-volley to stab home.
Genk sealed the victory when Jame Steukers converted a penalty, earning the team a well-deserved win.
Arokodare has established himself as one of Genk's key players, and the club hopes he will maintain his form to help secure a spot in the play-offs at the end of the regular season.
