Super Eagles winger Moses Simon was in action on Tuesday night as FC Nantes battled to a 1-1 draw with Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain at the Stade de la Beaujoire.
The match, a rescheduled fixture, was crucial for Nantes, who are fighting to avoid relegation. PSG, already confirmed as champions, had one eye on their upcoming UEFA Champions League semi-final against Arsenal next week.

The Parisians dominated the early stages and pinned the hosts back with slick possession and movement.
Their pressure paid off in the 33rd minute, when Portuguese midfielder Vitinha broke the deadlock with a well-taken finish to give PSG the lead.
Nantes, however, came out with more intent in the second half and matched the champions in intensity.
Their persistence was rewarded in the 83rd minute when Douglas Augusto finished off a swift counter-attack to draw his side level and earn a valuable point in their relegation battle.
Simon, who has been a key figure for Nantes this season, put in a solid shift to help his team earn a point.
How Simon fared against Paris Saint Germain
Moses Simon featured from start to finish as Nantes lost to Paris Saint-Germain, but it was a quiet outing for the Nigerian winger.
He was unable to add to his tally of goals or assists in the match. His only shot of the game was blocked, and he completed two of the four dribbles he attempted.

Simon made one key pass but struggled with his deliveries from wide areas, as none of his seven crosses were successful. In terms of passing, he completed 11 of the 20 passes he attempted.
The 28-year-old also had a tough time in duels. He failed to win any of his two aerial battles and came out successful in just four of the 11 ground duels he contested.
Defensively, Simon made one tackle and recorded two interceptions. He finished the game with 44 touches, but was largely ineffective as Nantes failed to trouble the Ligue 1 champions.
