Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has shared valuable insights into his playing style, highlighting the critical roles of speed and adaptability on the field.
Renowned for his pace, trickery, awareness and power, Simon has been a vital contributor to the Nantes setup this season and has earned recognition as one of the quickest players in Ligue 1.
The 29-year-old has recorded four goal involvements in seven matches in the French top -flight, scoring two goals and providing two assists. He was also named to the Ligue 1 Team of the Month for September.

In his own words, he emphasises how he strategically combines dribbling and running to outmanoeuvre opponents, highlighting his focus on both individual skill and the dynamics of the game.
Simon reveals the key to his on-pitch success
In a recent interview with Onrise TV, Simon reflects on the elements that contribute to his performance.
“I would say the speed factor because I know I have to dribble when I have the ball,” he said.

“Without the ball, I have to run. When I know the opponent can run, then I can deal with him. When I know he can try to stop me, then I can run, so I just try to mix it.”
Moses is currently on international duty with Nigeria as they gear up for the AFCON 2025 double-header with Libya.
Since making his Super Eagles debut in 2015, he has accumulated 72 appearances for the three-time African champions and has scored nine goals.
