Tolu Arokodare could be on the move before the summer transfer window closes, as reports from Belgium suggest that Turkish side Trabzonspor have reignited their interest in the towering striker.
Earlier in the off-season, there were strong rumors that Arokodare was on the Turkish club's radar as a potential alternative and replacement for fellow Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu. However, those rumors did not materialize into a deal at the time.
Southampton's high Onuachu valuation ha been the major stumbling blocks, preventing Trabzonspor from completing a permanent transfer.

As a result, the Nigeria international is set to play a part in the Saints' ongoing Premier League campaign.

Now, with Arokodare’s blistering start to the season, Trabzonspor are set to rekindle their interest in the Genk man.
The 23-year-old, who previously played for Amiens, has made an impressive start to the Belgian Pro League season, scoring four goals in just three games.
His performances have not gone unnoticed, and he has expressed his readiness to move if the right offer comes along.
“If Genk lets me go, I will, and if I want to leave too. It has to be something that suits me and suits the club because they have invested a lot in me. So we have to show consideration,” Arokodare said.

Trabzonspor’s preference for a tall striker up front has been central to their search ever since Paul Onuachu left.
Arokodare, standing at 2.03 meters, fits this profile perfectly.
While Trabzonspor is not the only club interested in Arokodare, they are reportedly the only ones who have made a concrete effort to secure his signature.
