A former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder has offered an advice to Nasreddine Nabi ahead of the Betway Premiership opener.
Amakhosi take on Marumo Gallants in a match that will be played in front of a sold out crowd at the Free State Stadium on Saturday at 5:30 pm.
The Tunisian tactician will be seeking his first victory in the official match to set the tone for his debut season in the PSL.
Former Chiefs midfielder Frank Makua is hoping that this match will serve as a chance to make amends to the Free State supporters, following the team's disappointing 4-0 loss to Yanga in the Toyota Cup.
He has advised Nabi not to rely on youngsters, emphasising that the pressure may be overwhelming.
Makua believes that if the situation does not unfold favorably, it could hinder the development of these young talents when they are burdened with expectations.

CHIEFS LEGEND ON WHAT NABI MUST ‘NOT’ DO
“To be honest, I don't give them the benefit of the doubt. Kaizer Chiefs, Marumo Gallants might be problematic,” Makua told KickOff.
“But I think the way they are Chiefs, Nabi is trying to make them play as a team, we just need to afford him enough time, to be honest; he's got good plans, let's support and encourage him.
“It might not be this year, but he's bringing in change. He must just be careful of using too many youngsters. The pressure will make them crack.
“But I believe we will be happy tomorrow, I think it's a perfect opportunity for the boys to repay their Bloemfontein-based supporters for disappointing them against Yanga in the preseason friendly.”
