SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt admits the club could not stand in the way of striker Tashreeq Morris once a bigger financial offer was made to him by Kaizer Chiefs.
Morris is due to be unveiled at Chiefs after undergoing his medical last Friday and leaves SuperSport after just arriving in October, having featured in nine matches and scored two goals.
In a deal that will see Christian Saile go the other way, Hunt says Matsatsantsa could not do much to hold onto the striker given what he will earn at Naturena even though they would have liked to keep him.
Has Morris moved for the money?

“He just came in two months ago,” said Hunt as quoted by iDiski Times.
“He’s done well for us, obviously it’s a blow but it was a great opportunity for him. Financially it can help him, financially it’s a no-brainer for the boy – what can I do?” he posed.
The SuperSport boss also confirmed Saile’s impending arrival which is set to boost his attack following the departure of Morris.
“Yeah, he will come in,” Hunt said regarding the Congolese forward’s transfer from Chiefs.
Who else are Chiefs looking at?

Chiefs have been on the lookout for attacking reinforcements to boost coach Nasreddine Nabi’s team which has been guilty of missing many chances this season.
The Glamour Boys are among the teams that create many opportunities in the PSL but their conversion rate is very low, leading to their inconsistent season.
Chiefs are also in the market for a winger with Polokwane City’s Oswin Appollis among those rumoured to be on their radar.
