Golden Arrows have strengthened their squad by acquiring Ayabulela Maxwele, Shadrack Kobedi, and Sabelo Sithole from Royal AM, a club currently under SARS curatorship and facing the suspension of three of its players by the PSL.
Maxwele and Kobedi have already featured for Abafana Bes'thende, with Maxwele making his debut as a half-time substitute for Thokozani Lukhele and Kobedi coming on later in the 73rd minute for Sazi Gumbi.
Sithole, however, was not part of the matchday squad, with coach Mngqithi citing the demanding nature of recent training as the reason.
The Arrows manager expressed his satisfaction with the new additions, anticipating their valuable contribution to the team.

MNGQITHI ON THREE NEW SIGNINGS
“They are brilliant players, they are going to add a value in our squad,” said Mngqithi during the press conference at the Moses Mabhida Stadium as quoted by FARPost.
“Even Sithole could have played today, but we felt physically, we had put him under a lot of stress in the last two weeks or few days maybe, when we really pushed most of those boys to the limit because we tried to improve the condition of the team so that they can play this very intensive game because they were not used to it.
“So, we felt we might to lose a player with such big muscles if we stretch him into a game of this intensity and that's why he was not part the team. But we are very happy to have him as well.”
