Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Samkelo Zwane has made admission about the pressure that famous Gold and Black shirt comes with.
Since being promoted to the first team in January 2023, the 23-year-old has experienced a rollercoaster run with the side.
Reflecting on his time, the player stated that representing Chiefs is challenging due to the high demands from the club's passionate fanbase, who sometimes voice criticism.
Despite this, he extended his gratitude to the supporters for their continued backing.

‘SOMETIMES THEY CRITICISE ME’
“I won’t lie, it’s not easy at all,” Zwane told iDiski Times.
“The pressure comes from all angles, left, right, everywhere we go.
“Look there is pressure but I think the most important thing is just to stay true to who you are and do what you know and what the coach wants. I think that’s the best way to overcome the pressure.”
“My relationship with the supporters. I’m just grateful and appreciative of the support that they have shown me and the way that I play football.
“I also love them. Sometimes they’ll criticise me and it’s out of love, it’s not out of a place of hate. I think we have a good relationship.”
