Premier Soccer League heavyweights Kaizer Chiefs' have struggled to win matches in the ongoing 2024/25 campaign under new coach Nasreddine Nabi.
The Soweto giants brought in the Tunisian tactician to help them get back to their rightful place in South African football.

After beating Mamelodi Sundowns 2-1 in the Nedbank Cup semi-final to get their final ticket against Orlando Pirates, the Glamour Boys aimed at getting another victory, but in the Premier Soccer League.
On Saturday, April 19, Amakhosi played Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha. It was a massive game for either side, especially with the top eight position on sight.
Last weekend's meeting was the third time the two teams were meeting across all competitions. In the initial PSL assignment, the Soweto giants beat the Chilli Boys by a solitary goal. They followed it up with a 3-0 win in the Nedbank Cup quarter-final.
Coach Nasreddine Nabi's men wanted nothing but a win on Saturday to complete a league double, but they struggled to break down their opponent. It eventually ended goalless, meaning the Glamour Boys are now without a win in their last five league matches.

After the goalless draw against Chippa, Nabi's team remain eighth on the table with 31 points after playing 25 matches. They will be aiming at getting maximum points on Saturday when they play Marumo Gallants at the FNB Stadium.
