Kaizer Chiefs have bolstered their squad with the signing of Congelese utility player Glody Makabi Lilepo.
According to FARPost, Chiefs reached an agreement with French third-tier side, Valenciennes FC, for a transfer fee believed to be around €500,000 [R9.6 million].
The player is said to have penned a pre-agreement with the Phefeni Glamour Boys and is set to join the club after a successful medical.

LILEPO’S STATS AT VALENCIENNES
During his time at Valenciennes, he has found the back of the net on seven occasions while he provided five assists in the process.
The former Al Hilal forward is expected to put a hefty shove in the Amakhosi’s striking department which has been struggling somewhat this season.
This is the second signing for the Soweto giants who have already welcomed Tashreeq Morris from SuperSport United.
The striker joins Chiefs in a swap deal involving Christian Saile who goes the opposite direction.
Amakhosi have also been heavily linked with Polokwane City star Oswin Appollis who’s also sought after by Orlando Pirates.
