All the incomings and outgoings in the South African top flight
With the PSL kicking off in September 2024, teams did everything they could to beef up their squads by the September 20 deadline.
The PSL's big two of Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates resisted the temptation of mass signings but Kaizer Chiefs signed more than their rivals, bringing in seven in a bid to build a strong squad following the arrival of coach Nasreddine Nabi to revive their fortunes.
However, midtable teams went big, bringing in over 10 players with Cape Town City, Sekhukhune United, TS Galaxy, Richards Bay and new boys Magesi FC among those who brought in a large number of new players.
