Sekhukhune captain Linda Mntambo has welcomed experienced arrivals at the club for the ongoing 2024/25 Premier Soccer League season.
Among the players signed by Babina Noko are Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sipho Mbule who signed a one-year loan deal.
The 26-year-old is referred to as ‘Masterchef' owing to his style of play and creativity.
Mntambo convinced Mbule will deliver
Masandawana coach Manqoba Mngqithi felt Mbule was surplus to requirements explaining why he easily let him join Sekhukhune.

Nevertheless, Mntambo has a different opinion and view regarding the experienced midfielder, “He just amazes me every time in training and just how he controls the ball and his vision and how he plays,” he stated.
“Somehow, I just feel like sometimes he's just unfortunate but you can see with a lot of game time under his belt, he's going to show the people why he's called the Masterchef.
“I don't think he [would have] signed for Sundowns if he wasn't good enough and now that he has come to us, I think he also understands that he's coming into a new team, it's not about him but it's about the club.
“So, he needs to put the club first before himself and then, I think it will build well for us. As a club, I think we are excited.”
Ex-Orlando Pirates players Monare and Kapinga to improve Sekhukhune?

Apart from Mbule, Lehlohonolo Seema managed to get former Pirates duo Thabang Monare and Lesedi Kapinga.
“Not only about [Mbule], having an experienced player, a South African international in Thabang Monare also joining us. Now we've just got Lesedi Kapinga and a few young players who want to prove a point, who are always impressive at training, and friendly matches that we play,” Mntambo continued.
“So, I think we've got quite a solid team, we just need to get the cohesion amongst us and just move in the right direction”
Sekhukhune have so far collected seven points from the three Premier Soccer League matches played this season.
