Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Mokete Tsotetsi has urged Amakhosi to come up with a strategy that can be effective against Mamelodi Sundowns.
The two teams will be meeting for the third time this season across all competitions; Masandawana won 2-1 in the Premier Soccer League, before falling heavily 4-0 in the Carling Knockout quarter-final.
In the PSL, the defending champions have already scored 42 goals in the 18 games, 10 less than what they managed in the entire campaign last season. It shows their conversion rate has improved.
‘Chiefs wouldn't want to lose by a big score' – Tsotetsi

The former defender believes the Glamour Boys have no option but to come up with ways that will help them get at least a point on Saturday.
“This is a tricky one. If you check some of the last few games, Chiefs have not been doing much. Now they are facing Sundowns and they have built some momentum after losing to TS Galaxy a few weeks ago. So, this is going to be a challenging one for Chiefs, who are still building under the coach [Nasreddine Nabi],” he told SNL24.
“Chiefs' game plan on the day will be important. They would not want to lose by a big score again, so it will be important to apply themselves, especially in defence. They should deny Sundowns space and time on the ball. We all know that when Sundowns has time and space on the ball, they are dangerous because they understand each other. There are a lot of movements that make it difficult for teams to contain Sundowns. If Chiefs can do that, then they have a chance to win this one or take one point away from them.”
While Sundowns are hoping to win another league title, Chiefs are working on getting into the top spots and at least secure a Caf Competition slot.
