Following Kaizer Chiefs' surprising 2-0 defeat to Richards Bay FC, coach Nasreddine Nabi has once again appealed for the continued support of the Amakhosi faithful.
The loss, suffered in their Betway Premiership match at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Sunday afternoon, marked Nabi's ninth defeat in 22 league games this season, leaving Chiefs in eighth place.
Speaking to the media after the match, Nabi recognized the strong support the team receives when playing in Durban and thanked the broader Khosi Nation for their unwavering backing.
He assured fans that the team remains dedicated to working hard to improve both their results and performances.

‘WE’RE GOING TO WORK HARDER’
“The first thing I would say to the fans is to thank them because they always come to support us in numbers, not only in Durban but everywhere we go,” said Nabi as quoted by Soccer Laduma.
“In football, we know there's only three possible outcomes, today, it's unfortunate that we disappointed because they [Chiefs fans] believe and they wanted to see their team winning.
“The only thing that I can tell them is, ‘We are going to work harder and they need to stay behind us, we are going to work harder to make them proud.”
