South African coach Jacky Ledwaba has voiced his opinion on who must replace head coach Jose Riveiro.
The Spaniard is leaving the club when his contract comes to an end at the conclusion of the season, ending his three-year stint.
He joined the Buccaneers in 2022 and has won five trophies with the Sea Robbers.
To ensure a smooth transition and continue Riveiro's work, Ledwaba believes the club should appoint the assistant coach to the top role.

‘THEY UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM WELL’
“For me I could say, continue with the coaches who have been working with him,” Ledwaba told KickOff.
“They understand the system very well and the player will also understand that system which will see the team continue from where coach Jose could have left. So I think continuity could be the best way to go.
“You have seen with other teams where the assistant coaches takes over and the team does well. They should give it a try. The players already know these coaches.
“You know sometimes it takes long to get used to a new coach. Sometimes it works like it did with Riveiro but keeping the same coaches who worked with him could be the best way,”
