Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro has demanded full focus from his players ahead of the second leg of the Caf Champions League quarter-final outing against MC Alger to be played at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday night.
The Soweto giants have a slim 1-0 lead from the first leg played in Algeria, meaning a draw of any kind will grant them passage to the last four. Ahead of the game, the Spaniard concedes it won't be a walk in the park despite playing at home.
“We want to enjoy, every moment, every minute of the game, not forgetting the responsibility that we have and the opportunity we have to win the match; to try to beat MC Alger one more time and hopefully to find ourselves in the next round,” he told the media.
“We know it will be a big challenge because of the moment of the competition and the level of opponents as well, but we’re ready.”
‘Pirates are going to do their best'

“I think we have a massive game that requires and demands our full concentration and the best of our capacity as a technical staff, the guys as football players, they are the ones who are going to work outside at 6 o'clock,” Riveiro continued.
“We need to be 100% focus in that responsibility that is presented to us, there’s no place to think about anything else other than giving our best [on Wednesday], that’s maybe the maximum we can think about our future, it’s [on Wednesday[,” he concluded.
The overall winner will play Pyramids of Egypt who eliminated FAR Rabat 4-3 in aggregate. The last time Bucs won the Caf Champions League was in 1995.
