Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi is under massive pressure to deliver in the remaining matches across all competitions or risk the axe.
The Tunisian was appointed as the Glamour Boys' tactician at the beginning of the ongoing season, taking over from Cavin Johnson, who was serving on an interim basis following the firing of Molefi Ntseki.
Despite coming with his technical team and getting the majority of the players he wished for, the former AS FAR Rabat coach has struggled for consistency. They were knocked out the Carling Knockout in the quarter-final phase by Mamelodi Sundowns and are not getting it easy in their bid to finish in the Premier Soccer League's top eight.
‘Chiefs spent a lot of money on Nabi…'

Former Glamour Boys defender Isaac Mabotsa believes Nabi can get another chance with the Soweto giants by getting past Sundowns in the Nedbank Cup semi-final to be played on Sunday at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium. It will be the fourth time the two teams are meeting this season.
“It's about time. It's been a while. I don't want them to lose, but if they lose, things could change [for the coach] and we don't want that. If they win this game, maybe even the pressure will go down,” he told SNL24.
“They spent a lot of money to bring this guy, with the technical team as well. They trusted him and it showed that they have belief in him. The results have to come.”
‘Nabi and Chiefs must not be defensive against Sundowns'

“Cup games are totally different. To be honest, this is a must-win game. The way I see things, they are still going to give him a chance. Kaizer Chiefs is a big brand and you have to put a smile on the smiles on the faces of the fans, so it's a must to beat Sundowns,” Mabotsa continued.
“When you play Sundowns, you have to attack. There is no second round, so they have to go in there to win the game. They cannot be defensive. When you are defensive, that's when you invite them to attack you. You have to go pound for pound. They are also human beings. It's not like you can't beat them. You have to go in there and believe you can beat them.
“He has to go in there to win the game. He must not be defensive. You have to go pound for pound. They are also human beings,” Mabotsa concluded.
