The Tshwane derby, featuring SuperSport United and Mamelodi Sundowns, is set to take place this week in the second round of the 2024/25 Betway Premiership season.

This highly anticipated clash is the second biggest derby of the South African football calendar, with both teams vying for bragging rights in the nation's capital.

Masandawana will be striving to secure maximum points from their away fixture in order to consolidate their position at the summit of the league table.

Meanwhile, United will be seeking to retain all three points from their home fixture in pursuit of their aim of returning to the summit of the league standings.

FORM GUIDE
