Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has insisted that his side is still on track despite losing their recent match against Marumo Gallants in the Betway Premiership.
The Tunisian tactician was appointed as Amakhosi coach, tasked with the responsibility to turn things around at the club.
He’s had inconsistent start to his stint with Amakhosi, blowing hot and cold.
Chiefs' woes deepened at FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon as they succumbed to a 2-1 defeat against a resolute Marumo Gallants.
Although Glody Lilepo put the home team in the lead with a first-half goal, Marumo Gallants responded strongly.
Matome Mathiane equalized before halftime, and Daniel Msendami's second-half strike secured the win for the visiting team, marking Kaizer Chiefs' sixth consecutive match without a victory.
However, Nabi believes their long process of rebuilding the team is still on track.

WHY NABI BELIEVES CHIEFS ARE STILL ON TRACK
“To convince the fans about the process is not going to depend on one or two games – you understand what I’m saying, you need to be logical, if you talk about a process it’s not the result of one or two games,” Nabi said.
“It’s not like that to be in line with the process, you agree with me – yes we are still on track, we have evaluation of a four-step process this season. You have the key, you align this process.
“It’s not about one or two [wins], maybe you get a good result, but it’s not because of winning or losing when you saying the process is right or not.”
