What Nabi was not pleased with despite comeback draw against Magesi

Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has discussed why he was not satisfied despite Amakhosi’s spirited comeback against Magesi FC.

The Soweto giants came back from 2-0 down to earn a vital point away after a brace from Mduduzi Shabalala late in the second half.

Nabi has lauded the improvement of mentality and character of his side since he took the reins in the off season.

However, the Tunisian tactician feels this was not enough, insisting that they should have done more to come back with an away victory.

Nabi says there were no positives to take from a match where they didn’t take maximum points.

CHIEFS COACH NABI SAYS THERE WERE NO POSITIVES TO TAKE AGAINST MAGESI

“Yes, it’s true that we came from 2 goals behind which shows improvement in terms of mentality and character but that was not enough because we believe that we should have taken the three points today,” said Nabi.

“It's obviously something that we have improved on, the character. But in this kind of game, with this kind of club, that's not enough.

“We need to do more, and especially we need to do more at the beginning. When you have possession, you need to score when you have opportunities.

“Today there’s nothing positive we’re talking because we believe we should have taken the three points.
